Strategic Assessment Summary: 1. On site meeting with the principals of the business 2. Logistic review of Services and/or Products (2/3 meetings with key personnel) 3. Evaluate the cost structure, analyze trends, and compare to the business plan 4. Review the Business Plan including Short and Long Term goals 5. Analyze the IT infrastructure from ERP to POS systems (Included in list) 6. Discussion of Bottlenecks, Critical Failture Points, and KPIs 7. Review Customer Service Metrics inclusive of internal and external policies
